Delivery Information:

–       We will ship the product in 4 working days. For products with customization request, the shipping time will vary as per customization.

–       Once shipped, you will receive the tracking details via Email to your email ID provided by you and /or SMS  or What’s app. 

–       All prices are inclusive of GST.

–       Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on the volumetric weight of the product, volume after packing, and the destination of delivery.

–       For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

–       Cancellations will be considered when the product is not shipped. The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been already shipped or went to courier office for dispatch or have been dispatched.

returns & Exchanges

–       No return or exchange will be processed in case the fall in Saree, and/or any customization is done on the saree and /or Dupatta.

–       Returns or exchange can only be accepted only if there is any defect in the Saree and/or Dupatta. 

–       Returns or exchange will be accepted if tags are intact and saree or dupatta is not worn. 

–       Returns or exchange will be accepted if a request is raised within 48 hours of Delivery. 

–       We would not be held liable for the incorrect address provided, and no refunds can be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products.

–       We do not entertain returns and/or exchanges on special discounts or Sale.

–       Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure the products reach you in the perfect state. In the unlikely event that you notice the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you not to accept it from the delivery personnel. Kindly notify us about it immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.

–       For defective product you can write a mail to us on customercare@vartouhicreations.com. (Normal thread pulls out is not considered as a defect as it is normal and beauty of a Handloom Products)

–       In case of any return we will provide you a credit note which will valid for a year. In case your next purchase is of lower value than your issued credit note, the balance shall remain as store credit and the validity will still be limited to the original dare only.
